Camera Permission: Strictly used for scanning event ticket QR codes. No video or photos are stored without your explicit consent.

Offline Sync

Offline Sync: Temporary event ticket data may be cached locally on your device to enable offline verification.

No Selling Data

No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or device identifiers to advertisers or third parties.

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You retain full control over your personal data. Under data protection regulations and Google Play account deletion requirements, you have the following rights:

Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your Icon-EMS account and associated data directly within the app settings or by contacting support. Upon verification, your personal data will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

Opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications and newsletter emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
